The MND and Me Foundation’s aim is to ensure no Queenslander has to face MND alone. Together we will be there to support them when and where they need it, people should not fall between cracks in the systems. Please help me create a state where all Queenslanders with MND (approximately 350 people) recieve equitable access to support services when and where they need them.
